I have worked around the world as supervisor/ Area manager and manager to over 200 employee. My aspect in teaching supervisor is to reach high level with staff in order to help them when interacting with others, or to deliver satisfaction results to client. This is something that I find very liberating because it allows me to show others how to react in certain situations.
